D20 J shift, D30 front, Bilsteins.
Updated 1/13/24. Extra parts that I’m tired of tripping over. If any interest, I'll email or post photos.
J shift transfer case. Sat with water in it so the bottoms of some of the gears have surface rust. Maybe some pitting. Spins fine. Probably good for a street truck or parts $150 Dana 30 from Oct 1966 build. Very nice housing w/o rust pitting. Sand blasted and painted black. Front cover with unique 1966 brass 90 degree filler plug. 4:11 gears not installed. Brand new king pin bearings installed. Front drum brakes from a 1968 (self-adjusting). Missing drive shafts and lockouts. $400 Set of four Bilstein 5100 shocks for 3.5" lift. 1/2" eyes on both ends. Only about 2000 miles. $200 Chopped up Fox Mustang 5.0 harness. Ran this in my Bronco. Modified for EDIS. Could be used, or scavenged for parts. Plus another parts harness. $100 1994-95 mustang 5.0 dual sump oil pan (looks the same as Fox body, but not sure) $75 1994-95 mustang 5.0 timing cover. This is the short cover like the Explorer 5.0 but does not have the crank position sensor mounting holes. Good for carbureted engines. $50 1994-95 mustang flywheel and bellhousing plate. IIRC, 157 teeth, 50 oz imbalance, not for Broncos $75 SBF flywheel 28 oz imbalance 164 teeth. $65 Explorer 5.0 intake elbow. With external EGR valve $25 Dana 44 drum brake spindles. Removed when I did Chevy disk brake conversion. $50 1968-77 heater cables: 1) “TEMP CONTROL”, 2) “PULL FOR DEFROST” $15 each 1968-77 misc dash knobs with set screws $10 for all Added 12/7: NOS Standard Brand TFI module $50
Send a PM if you're interested in anything! Gary

Re: D20 J shift, D30 front, Bilsteins.
If you can ship I'd be interested.
TFI relocation kit- is this the kit with the new TFI module or without?
Can the Bilsteins be installed on a stock front end? Or do the shock towers need replaced with a tower that uses bolts instead of the OEM stud? It's been too long since I worked with a stock front shock tower.
Thanks

Re: D20 J shift, D30 front, Bilsteins.
Sorry, I haven't been on here for a couple of days! The shocks won't fit a stock tower, as you said, that uses the single stud, where these use a 1/2" bolt thru an eye, top and bottom. I have several used TFI modules, maybe a new one (I'll have to look), but the relocation kit doesn't come with a new one. Yes, I can ship the parts. Thanks!

Re: D20 J shift, D30 front, Bilsteins.
Thanks, I won't need the Bilsteins. I don't want to mess with the stock towers on my 72. Let them go to D&D72.
I don't need the TFIs I have one and a spare I think.
I'll message you my address and just let me know what the shipping is and I'll get you paid.
