Re: Monthly B-Fast This would be a good spot also....just south of the I25 and I225 intersection....they have a butt-load of parking on the weekend also.

Re: Monthly B-Fast I like the pancake house too but it would be packed with a large group. I hope to make it to a few of these. I will be in Denver hopefully on the 23rd-24th otherwise it will have to be a may breakfast. Another option is the B&B in Castle Rock is awesome. No buffet though. Only El Rancho has a real buffet for breakfast.
