OK, I'm about to BBQ my truck. I'm trying to figure out some t-case weirdness (see my other thread on bearing/gear whine). Pulled the truck out of the garage a few minutes ago to further diagnose it and made it about 300 feet before my headlights went out. Got it back in the garage and was trying to track down the headlight relay under the dash to swap it out. Just for kicks I turned on the lights after wiggling the wires on the back of the headlight switch. Headlights worked. Went to pull it out of the garage again, stopped working. I'm sure it is something really simple like a bad contact in the plug, but I rewired the entire truck so that I wouldn't have to deal with this. OK,
over, just need to vent to the Bronco brotherhood. I'd really like to someday have a truck that doesn't need fixing every time I drive it. I know it'll get there, but frustrating in the meantime...thanks for tuning in.
