New Shoes For the Beast...Thanks to B.O.B.
Just gotta give a shout out to B.O.B. for hooking me up with a new set of cleats for the old beast. I drove up to his shop Saturday morning, got there at 8 and was on my way back south by 9:15. Here is a before and after shot. The old tires were a set of Peerless 33x12.5x15 that were about 10 years old, the new one are BFG KM2 35x12.5x15. The drive was great on the way back down, not much road noise to them and the look a whole helluva lot better than the old ones Before - 33x12.5 After - 35x12.5

Looks great and a really good choice of tire - cannot go wrong with a BFG M/T. Now go get some Armor-All on those new tires - your work is not done lol.

Looks great! Your poor old ones had seen their days years ago! Always awesome to get new rubber!

Oh, yeah, the old ones were beyond shot. They still had a little tread left on them, but because of dry rot, age and wear, they followed every crack in the road. I noticed the difference in driving immediately, it wasn't a fight to keep it straight.
