Re: Family Cage Suggestions?
Looks like this may be the design. The harness bars behind the front seats will be removable (4 bolts). The front overhead bars will be at slightly less of an angle. I am also adding the floor bars next to each front seat.

Very nice! I see no reason to not take advantage of the custom builder's skills and go nuts.

Re: Family Cage Suggestions?
I'll have to look them up when I have the $$ to do mine. That is pretty much exactly what I'm wanting. Standard cages are tough for me because I'm so tall I need extra head clearance in a roll/wreck. I'm stoked to see how yours turns out.

Re: Family Cage Suggestions?
Holy s#*t. That had to be a scary ride. I've taken care of too many closed head injury patients (I'm a social worker for a hospice) to screw around with any cage that will increase my chances of knocking my head against something if my rig goes over.

Couple more pics of the prototype installed. If you scroll way down there are 3 pics on the trail about 10 feet before they tumbled down the cliff. http://www.broncoholics.com/support/top ... IC_ID=2008

Re: Family Cage Suggestions?
Do some thinking also about what items you want to attach to the cage. I have my hi-lift, a fire ext., a shovel and an overhead CB mount in mine. Keep that stuff from bouncing around, especially in a rollover.
