Auto Enginuity
Anyone using AE's software for Ford? Kind of wanting to hook it up to the F-teenthousand and see what it s out.

The Terrible One 1972 Sport uncut, 302, C4 with 1974 column , T shift Dana 20, 3.50 gears w/ limited slip, 1966 U13 Roadster kick panel, and factory power steering.

We have the program at the shop, I have only used it with volkswagen. I'm not sure if we have any programing for domestics. Haven't tried, we have five other scan tool tools to play with.
Anyway it is a great program. Tons of capability. Does great for activating many components singled out for testing,more than any of the other scanners will do with volkswagens or audi's. I'm sure it would be great with fords as well.
I will check tomorrow if ours has the capability to get in with out using global obd2.

I have a friend who has it. Used it a couple times and I liked it! Might pony up for a copy myself someday, but I need to get a laptop too. It actually help me find a short that had plagued my truck for a couple years!

never mind, i havent used it yet. Its on another techs computer. I havent installed it on mine yet. I was thinking of the Ross Tech for vw and Audi's.

one thing you need to know , the program is tied to the cable and will only work if you have a the coded cable.
