 Re: standard brake booster or Hydroboost? I've heard it's easy to tell when a Bronco owner has just completed a hydroboost install. He's the guy who shows up to a trail ride with a broken nose and a split lip after underestimating the stopping power.

1972 Sport, 302, 3 speed with old school Duff floor shifter, T shift Dana 20 with JB Fab twin stick, 4.11 gears with Trac-loc, Lincoln hydroboost, Chevy disc conversion, WH gas lift gate shock kit, 33" Duratrac tires on slots and about 2.5" of lift, Stroppe installed: bumper braces, dual shocks on all four corners, GM power steering, trans cooler mount, auto shift column, rollbar.

1972 Sport uncut, 302, C4 with 1974 column , T shift Dana 20, 3.50 gears w/ limited slip, 1966 U13 Roadster kick panel, and factory power steering.

Re: standard brake booster or Hydroboost? Bleeding the power steering is a hot topic on ClassicBroncos.com right now. Lift the front and turn the steering wheel stop to stop about 50 times, holding it at the stops for a second each time and changing the throttle as you do it. Push the brakes occasionally as well. Then put the front back down and do another 20.
At least that's what all the posts say.
Also, don't let it run low or it will foam which requires a full 24 hours to subside.

got home from work last night and it seems the front edge of my PS pump is leaking pretty good.
gonna pull it and see if it can be repaired.
or needs to be replaced
