Have everything tacked together need to add a few bars but Im pretty close to done...
I used D and C extreme kit I think it turned out pretty nice. I could not afford the higher dollar kits right now so I had to build my ownish.....

Re: New cage build
Wow Trey - turned out great. Like the overhead bars curving down to the windshield and on the rear bars. The extra gusset bars look very cool. Congrats on a great cage. What color ya painiting it?

Re: New cage build
Diagonal for strength or straight across for harnesses? Doesn't look like you have a back seat, I don't see any reason not to.

Re: New cage build
Do you mean a cross bar behind the front seats that ties the sides together?

Re: New cage build
There isn't any reason you can't do both an angled bar and a harness bar. Its done in racing all the time. That'd be my inclination if you aren't going to have rear sear passengers over the age of 10.

Re: New cage build
That looks like a nice stout set up. Cant wait to see it finished up. I like airburs idea for a cross bar. Another idea ive thought about is a hoop behind each seat.
