looking for these wheels
I know i know.. getting ahead of myself.. the truck doesn't even have any axles underneath it!!!! Anyway I know that the ideal situation would be to have the original wheels and hub cabs, however honestly i dont like them.. when I get the truck back to show shape I will pick up a set at that time and perhaps sell the truck - however until then I really like these wheels.. In the write up for it on Barret Jackson's website they mention they are 1978 bronco wheels.. I think they look pretty good and will be on the lookout for a set of 5.. anyway if anyone has any idea if they make aftermarket ones or even if you come across a set in your online/real life adventures let me know! Also if anyone is getting about to cut their bronco and ditch their original wheels and caps (cough cough 1976fordbronco ) let me know I will take them off your hands as well :)

Re: looking for these wheels
Never to early to be thinking about wheels since they are the icing on the cake and the easiest way to change the look of your truck. That does look really nice and would look great on your Bronco. I think '76 is opening his own tire/wheel shop so he is a good resource. May find some at the Tri Swap Meet.

Re: looking for these wheels
My dad had those on his 83way Bronco. Most likely an xlt trim wheel.

Re: looking for these wheels
cool deal.. unfortunately i will be out of town for the swap meet in feb... but since they seem to be pretty common i will keep my eye out for a set!
I assume I would be better off with the 15x7's? honestly I need to re-read the wheel/Luber thread to make sure stuff will fit...

Re: looking for these wheels
Unless the ones on ebay are professionally polished (big $$$) then I think you could find them here in Colorado very easy. The Hurricanes will look sweet on your build

Re: looking for these wheels
Well that was fast.. Making an arrangement for a set of 15x5.5 that are 7" wide hurricanes from a fullsize bronco guy who happened to put them up for sale yesterday in texas.. working on getting them shipped out.. hes acid washing them as well ;) $200 shipped and cleaned... I will probably have them powder coated Argent silver to match the grill..

Re: looking for these wheels
Those ought to look sweet when cleaned up and powdercoated.
