Just put a receiver on the back of your trailer and get another small trailer to put the RZR on. Then you also have a small trailer just for the RZR when you need it.

Re: 20-24' Car Hauler Utah is definitely a two trailer state. There is a length limit, but it is very unlikely that will even be a concern as people with pull large camp trailers and large boats and are under the length limit.
