Both Colorado and Utah are double trailer states aren't they?
Just put a receiver on the back of your trailer and get another small trailer to put the RZR on. Then you also have a small trailer just for the RZR when you need it.

Utah is definitely a two trailer state. There is a length limit, but it is very unlikely that will even be a concern as people with pull large camp trailers and large boats and are under the length limit.

CO should still be a two trailer staet, my Sis use to haul a camper and a boat all the time.
