 Re: Rox Crusher's frame off refresh and 5.0 EFI swap While the top piece in mine has no rust, I know the lower sheet metal is rusted out. I think the mount for the clutch is on rusted metal and I know it's just going to blow right through there one of these days.
Is there a "fix" for this area of the bronco so that no water can get down in there? I haven't researched yet.
You're doing FINE by the way! Looks better than it did I'm sure.

Gonna drill the holes in the firewall for the RJM wiring harness and the BC Broncos/Vintage Air A/C I will be installing someday down the road.

We had to wait our turn to get at at it as it was the only 5.0 Explorer in the joint.
Pull-n-Pay was packed like a no charge strip club in a college town.

Sunday: seam sealed the engine bay and drank a couple beers while my neighbor painted it
gaining momentum, should have the body back on by Saint Patrick's Day
then floor replacement and final push to finish EFI swap
