Hump day / Hacket Gulch run
What a fantastic day to be out on the trail. We had three rigs on todays run, 1 Scout and 2 Broncos. Both Broncos had thier hoods up, Nothing major though. On the way in to the trail head we got to cut first tracks in about 2-4" of wet snow. The weather was super nice all day and by the time we started heading out most of the snow was gone. Here is a link to the photos I took with my phone. http://s1207.photobucket.com/albums/bb4 ... t%20Gulch/NOT TO RUB IT IN BUT...IT WAS REAL NICE TO BE OUT TODAY

Really nice pics! Love the water crossing and snow capped mountains. Looks like you guys went on the perfect day with snow and nice temps.

Thanks for sharing. Been since before the fire since I've been on that trail. Gotta get back up there. Nice to have the trail to yourself I am sure!
The scout is cool.
(if you hit the organize button on your album and select "oldest first", the pics will be in chronological order) Maybe I am the only one that OCD.

Re: Hump day / Hacket Gulch run
Awesome pictures! I didn't know that you could make it all the way down to the river anymore since the Hayman fire. We were there two years ago and the forest service has steel cable up right after Hackett Rock and we had to turn around. The fire service had also filled in Hackett Rock with a lot of dirt so they could get their vehicles back in there to fight the fire. It wasn't even an obsticle anymore.
