Re: R.I.P. Carroll Shelby
Thank you Carroll Shelby for the contribution to racing and Ford Motor Company in general. You sir raised the bar when it came to racing and how to design a great street machine. RIP

He whipped up on Ferrari when no one else could. A 427 Cobra with a racing history would be the dream car of my dream collection.

Re: R.I.P. Carroll Shelby
I had the Privilege of meeting Mr Shelby at the Museum in boulder. They have a collection of AC cobras, GT40's, and Mustangs. A true Legend and class act.

Re: R.I.P. Carroll Shelby
I literally teared up when I saw the news. He was an inspiration to me from a little boy when I first discovered auto racing and cobras. RIP MR Shelby.

Had a lot of respect for the man. Boy, to spend a day in his shoes... He enjoyed life until the end. What a great guy!
