I wanted to post this in a separate thread from Rob's about Carroll's passing so it would not be missed. There will be a three hour special tonight starting at 6:00 on Velocity. This is going to be really good stuff.

I remember watching things on Velocity, but now it's a channel I don't get. Must have been free for a few months.

Speaking of Discovery, if any of you ever get over to Gateway, CO, that's a pretty cool place to spend a day or two. We went there a couple weekends ago for a car show. The guy who owns Discovery, pretty much owns that little town, but has built a huge resort there. He has an amazing collection of cars in a museum, a golf course, and I am sure much more that we didn't see. They are going to get a driving school going with 5 trophy trucks. I registered to win a free lesson!

Pretty darn cool place that I never knew about, mainly because you really can't get there from here. It's on there in the middle of nowhere.
