Vent/Front Windows
I need both driver and passenger front windows (both vent and square). I also need the frames (and pretty much everything else) for the vent windows.
If you have some, give me a shout.

Re: Vent/Front Windows
You looking for pristine condition or willing to throw a little work in to some? I have a complete set of doors (66-67) that could use a little work. If the model years don't match your build, we can talk about parting them out.

Re: Vent/Front Windows
Well, I'd like clean glass, but the vent window hardware can be rough and I'll be happy to strip them out.
I'm really wondering how the SIDE glass on my Bronco got pitted. I get the windshield, but the sides is just weird.

Re: Vent/Front Windows
I'm thinking strongly about using Hockeydad to get some in-glass tinted side and back windows... but I'll definitely still need some vent window frames and hardware. Zach, any chance you want to sell me the wing window stuff from those 66/67 doors? If they have good latches (the actual door latch) I'd take those too.
How hard, realistically, is getting the hard top glass and windshield installed? The videos don't make it look too difficult.

Re: Vent/Front Windows
All the videos are correct. The side and back glass can be tempered so it is more forgiving than the windshield which is laminated (by law) and therefore more fragile. If you do the top first, you will have very little problem with the windshield. Use some soapy water or foaming glass cleaner (my first choice) to lube up the gasket and go for it.

Re: Vent/Front Windows
I think I have more vent windows than I know what to do with now... heh.
Zack's stainless steel frames are going to take my original inner frames (after they've been refurb'd a bit) with new latches and pivot pins/springs and rubber...
Thanks!
