Anyone know off the top of their head what size bolts I need to mate up the transfer case to the end of the transmission?

Not sure, but consider using studs with nuts instead. The t-case is kind of the pain to align otherwise, especially if you're installing it solo.

Don't thank me, I stole it from Viper. Will be doing this to my rig after I rebuild my spare D20.

Now, I'll be doing something like that tonight or tomorrow. Thanks for the tip, just in time. It is not easy to balance that thing on a jack and get everything lined up, especially alone.

T-cases are difficult at best to install. Their center of gravity is just not conducive to wiggling it around without the proper equipment. SO anything you can do to help the process is money and time well spent. Wish I knew the size, but I do not.

I checked mine and they're certainly 3/8-16. I'm switching mine out for studs when I put the t-case back in.
