Re: What do you need?
I don't believe anyone makes any weld-on rocker guards that replace the rockers, or at least requires you to cut them off. You could ask how far out customers want them to stick and just extend the legs to match.
I think I'll be looking for a new roll-cage one day.
Half doors for non-insert (factory) openings. Maybe even full doors like I attempted to make?? If you lose the factory doors, you lose the side view mirrors too, so that needs addressed.
I'll see what else I can come up with.

Re: What do you need?
Hard to find a product that isn't already being marketed by someone else. So, I suppose that just leaves making a better mouse trap. I'll wrap my head around this too and see what I can come up with.

Re: What do you need?
I would think a roof rack similar to the one Cory found for his bronco (off a land rover I believe) would be an easy item to market. Not one of those generic jeep racks, but one made for our rigs that would look like it came from the factory.

Re: What do you need?
x2 on the roof rack. Would be nice to buy something made for a Bronco and not fabbed to fit a Bronco. Minimal drilling/intrusion in to the original sheetmetal. Stout enough to handle 200 or so lbs. But not so weighty I need a second person to install/remove.

Whatever would not whistle.
I'd like to see many places to tie stuff down to, a hold down apparatus for a hi-lift and some tabs for lights.

Re: What do you need?
Underwear is a good idea. Locking. Ball bearing sliders to handle weight of tools. Capable of using existing bolt holes and longer hardware. Installed with or without seat in place.
Storage between back of seat and tailgate. Up to top of tailgate level. Locking again. Opens at the top with lid. Maybe also have drawers accessible when tailgate is dropped.

Re: What do you need?
Some sort of transporter device that makes air travel feel like you're out for a drive in the Bronco?

Re: What do you need?
Tool box looks awesome. Have you addressed rusting in the hinges? Having a roll-out drawer would be great!

Re: What do you need?
I'd be interested in a set of quick-remove door hinges that don't cost an arm and a leg. I would think it would not be overly difficult to fab something that works for a reasonable price.

Re: What do you need?
The quick door hinges are a problem unless you modify your old hinges yourself. There is no easy way to do it because the hinges are all cast, not welded. The cost of the the stainless hinges on the market today are a fair price for them and trying to get patterns made will cost a substantial amount, unless you want to go into immediate production, then I can help you out for a small fee. Ask me how I know and I will tell you a grand story. But unless you retrofit your hinges with a quick pin, the lift off hinges sold by WH, BC and the likes are reasonably priced.

So many replies and no reference to the underwear auto-correct? Sheesh. You guys are slipping.

We just felt bad for you Zack. We know you're not sleeping well. LOL
And we know you're packing for a trip, so that garment is quite important.
