Post Looking for a "Bronco friendly" bodyshop...
I'm looking to get some rust repair done on the Bronco and am hoping to find a good somewhat local shop or a good bodyman that's doing work from home. A lot of shops don't really dig working with rust nowadays (I worked at a couple in the past). I would prefer to find someone familiar with early Broncos and their idiosyncrasies. Honestly, I could probably do 90% of the work myself but I just don't have the time and have reached burnout stage on my projects. The basic work I am looking to get done would include inner and outer rockers/lower quarters and tail light end caps + one door needs reskinned. I'm looking for any and all recommendations at this point...if someone from this site does that kind of work please let me know. I also have lots of Bronco and Rat Rod/Jalopy type stuff I'd be willing to trade for some of the labor if I find an interested party. Let me know. Thanks

Tony

Brian Cope does great paint, not sure if he does bodywork as well. Also, look up Flatline Rod Shop. He's a EB guy and a member here, although he hasn't posted in a long time. Does great work out of a shop on his property.

I have a local shop that has done a couple of Bronco's recently. He does really good work and is not afraid of rust or whatever. If you want more info, you can call Dennis at 719-545-0730 in Pueblo. Donaldson's Custom Car Center.
