Post Listening to your bronco
Always listen to your bronco! It will tell you when something isn't right. My brother in law did not listen to his failing wheel bearing until it was too late. I have never seen anything like this before! It literally cut the hub off at the outer bearing. Very lucky he had just gotten off the highway when he decided to check it. The bearings were good and lubed less than 6 months ago.

I know I try to listen to all my rigs. It is a good way to keep an "ear" on things. Glad he wasn't hurt. That is pretty strange how it failed.

Just paying attention to your car can save you tons of money. I worked with a guy who just drove trucks till they stopped running. He seized a pinion bearing in a rear end & replaced the whole assembly, he also drove a truck to a new motor. He admitted to hearing weird noises both times, but chose to ignore them.

I know 2 guys who drove engines with blown hoses or radiators, and then ended up needing new motors. Actually both just bought "new" cars.

Amazing.

Everytime I think I feel, or hear something "off" with my car or truck, I end up finding something that needs addressed.
