Replacement Sheet Metal
I am back in the early Bronco world after being out for 6 years. I have a 1966 U14 now that needs a few thing to get it ready for paint. Can someone tell me who makes/sells the best quality replacement fenders. I would like to replace the right front with OEM parts but think that might be a tough task, so I am thinking aftermarket. The question is - Who makes/sells the best fitting replacement fenders?
Thanks

Re: Replacement Sheet Metal
You might get in touch with Don Allison here on the board, dalli, he has the bone yard here in Colo. Springs and has used fenders. But as to new, all of the aftermarket ones I have seen are typically thinner metal than the original stuff. Try TBP. Link at the top of the page for them.

Re: Replacement Sheet Metal
I did not purchase Fenders from TBP, but I used their floor pans, door posts, and kick panel and was VERY impressed with the sheet metal thickness and quality of the fit.

Re: Replacement Sheet Metal
as mentioned Bronco Hut has stacks of body panels.. you could go down and check out the quality for your self and see if its something you would consider. Nice to have someone with bronco parts local :)
