Scrap metal collection fund raiser
I have some scrap metal of all sorts floating around in my garage, shed and yard. Is anybody else in the same predicament? I would be willing to donate the scrap to raise funds for club events and /or projects if there is a need. I also am willing to make the haul to the scrap yard if we can orginize a drop off time and place to collect everyone's scrap metal. Any interest?

Re: Scrap metal collection fund raiser
I just pulled some scrap metal out of my garage this weekend. I'd be happy to donate it. Not much but every little bit helps.

Last scrap run we had we timed with a breakfast, it worked well, if you are planning on attending the next bfast I'd suggest doing it again.

I have a *mostly* whole Mercury Mountaineer ready for the recycler.

Jts, I'm interested in some scrap metal short enough to fit in my Ford Edge. Can I come by and snag a piece or two? PM me if that works for you.

Re: Scrap metal collection fund raiser
I've done all the damage I can do to it. Come on up anytime. Friday to Sundays are the best for me, I have an employee who can mostly hold down the fort on those days. Monday to Thursday I work solo, and right now we are super busy, so I'd be unavailable until 5pm.

Re: Scrap metal collection fund raiser
I am now back from out of town and want to check back in about this thread. Did anybody want to get together and collect/donate scrap? I will be happy to haul the scrap to the recycle yard and turn in the funds to an admin to be used for club stuff. This week/weekend is the only time I will have for meeting with any of you. Please post up if you have interest.
Crawler- do you still have scrap?
Thanks, Justin
