Anyone want to recreate this?
How cool would it be to recreate this route! We could even ask some jeepers and scouts to come along.
If not this year maybe in the next year or even the 50th anniversary.

Wonder if we can find a red '66 Roadster to join us...
I'm definitely in.

Yes. I am 100% in. Let's not invite jeeps. I don't feel like towing anything. ;-)

Re: Anyone want to recreate this?
That would be a blast. I've only been to the area wheeling once and it was awesome! There isn't much that can't be done in a stock bronco, provided the weather is good. While you are there, you have to tackle Black Bear too. Just make sure you're brakes are good for the decent.
Thanks for sharing the article. Some of the pics looked familiar, but I had never read the article.

Re: Anyone want to recreate this?
I think you can count on our clan to join in. Perhaps my most favorite part of this state!
And I think you have the wrong idea about what we club leader do around here... Mostly we have this really cool graphic in our title....
But if there is anything I can do - let me know, I am happy to help.

Re: Anyone want to recreate this?
I love the idea too. Count me in. It's also about 45 min - hr from my house. Let me know if you need me to preview anything. Lots of places to camp around the area too.
