Flatliner Car Show Flyer
Here you go! I wasn't expecting the flyers to be ready until next week, but they got done early.
Feel free to spread the word, print the flyer...whatever it takes. Lochbuie is supposed to be Bronco territory.
The only reason we ask for a "registration" name and make/model is so we have a rough head count. The show is free and they want it to be as large as possible.

Free registration? Sounds like free parking near all the activities to me.

Re: Flatliner Car Show Flyer
Thanks guys! First time we've ever been put in charge of something this big, so every bit helps. The town says they will have signs out, so it should be obvious how to get there once nearby.
For the record, the time states by 3:15, as they want it available to the public by 3:30, but if you need to show up late, feel free.

Re: Flatliner Car Show Flyer
I just wanted to bump this thread with some updated info. Lochbuie has added a rain date of May 31st in case conditions are rough on the 17th.
For those who don't know, Lochbuie is adjacent to Brighton. Exit 25 on I-76 (168th and I-76), approximately 20 minutes northeast of Denver.
We are short on Broncos (!!!), but the show has been gaining participants from other various categories.

Re: Flatliner Car Show Flyer
Despite the May 7th "deadline", we will be taking entries even the day of the show. We just needed a rough head count and we now have an idea of how many will be there.
You've already seen the car show flyer, so here are the flyers for the town itself. In addition to fireworks, beer/wine vendors, food vendors, business vendors, live music and kids activities, Lochbuie will also be having SWAT and the Flight for Life helicopter there.
Trailer parking is available by prior contact only, as space is limited.
By the way, I've been seeing a charcoal EB in Lochbuie, recently. Very clean looking truck.

Re: Flatliner Car Show Flyer
Just one final bump for tomorrow. We currently have about 80 cars registered and room for more. See you there!
