I've got a set of 14" travel long body Bilstein 7100s with reservoirs that I was planning to run on the rear of my rig before I found another option. They need to be rebuilt and it'll will get done before they're sold as I've already got the parts. Question: is anyone interested? I've got the shim stacks to valve them to to 255/70 for the rear, but will leave them with the lighter valving for a jeep if no one here wants them. I'll likely be looking to get $250 for the pair unless someone has some shorty headers or other amazing parts I can't live without.

Got any pictures? How about extended and compressed lengths? I'm needing something with more travel for my front, but I have a few mounting options giving me some leeway.

They're about 35" extended, 21" collapsed. That's a yardstick for comparison. They're dirty and will get cleaned up prior to sale. I can revalve them to 360/80 for the front.

Hmmm, looks like these would work. They get mounted with body on the top side right? Considering I want to build my own coil/shock mounts, I don't see any reason I couldn't get these to work. Do you see any issues with the hose sticking outward towards the outside of the body? And they would be mounted slightly rearward of the center of the axle, probably 4-6".

I just need to decide if now is the time to pull the trigger when I am nearly two years away from even seeing my bronco!

Are you looking for mustang shorty headers or...?

Correct, body goes at the top. Shouldn't be any issues with the hoses, although I'm planning to mount the reservoirs on mine inside the engine compartment. Open to trades, but Mustang shorty headers won't fit my manual trans.

I wouldnt mount them inside the engine compartment. They will heat soak and fade a lot faster.

I've though about it and am going to see how warm they get. Might relocate them if they wind up getting too warm.

I know Chris' in moab was getting some fade when the motor was hot. And his are mounted in the fenderwell but the fenderwell is cut out.

Justin, I am still contemplating these. I am working on my coil/shock mount design and trying to make sure I won't have an issue. My biggest issue is I know I'll be ready to do some wheeling when I get home in 2 years, and not be ready to tear down my rig. So it could possibly be a few years before I get to put these to use. And that's a lot of time for things to change. But I also hate to pass up something like this...

Just let me know. If you want them, they're yours. I could also sell them un-rebuilt if you want to do it yourself. If you can let me know in the very near future, as I'd like to rebuild them and get them sold so I can order my headers.
