 mud runI would like to do a mud run. Where would be good to do this ?
Would like to make it a day trip. |

Re: mud run That's a tough one. Most, if not all, the mud pits on Federal land are considered off limits.
What about that park out east. Re: mud run Take it from me and 20years of mud runs and bogs living in Wisconsin. 5 min of fun not worth 20 yrs of pulling mud out of brakes, frame, and everything else. I can still get mud out of my frame and I've lived in Colorado for 5 yrs!!! Oh hell, it's still fun!

Re: mud run Green Ridge between Redfeather and Cameron Pass has a ton of mud. It's also a long trip. I haven't been on it in many years. Some years it doesn't open up because it's nearly impassable. Probably wouldn't open until late July. Also, good moose viewing areas.
