1970 U14
http://denver.craigslist.org/cto/5221327967.htmlSeems reasonable given the market, the claimed condition and what's been done to it. As someone who's been keeping an eye out for an EB, is it sacrilege to do whatever it is that needs to be done to convert the half cab to a normal Bronco?

Sacrilege?
Not quite, but the wagons are more common and less expensive/valuable.
Odd that the ad says less than 1000 km on the rebuilt transmission and transfer case, the US sales versions only had miles.
It may be even rarer due to export/import.

Re: 1970 U14
My first gut feeling was scam. Broncos that nice with said work have more than 1 picture. Plus that Bronco is way too nice for 10k.

Re: 1970 U14
Yeah, taking a U14 and converting to a wagon is akin to cutting the fenders on a pristine stocker...perhaps a bit worse.
I'd love to have something like this, but to keep it at all practical for this family guy, I'd need the wagon as well. That being said, if this were a real deal, I'd be hard pressed to pass it up! Aside from the half-cab it's exactly what I would be looking for if I were in the market.

Re: 1970 U14
Definitely a scam...like Freewheeler said, it was on CB earlier this year for around 20K. And yes, it was in BC.
