I just got my time off approved at work!

Depending on work - still unsure if I will make it. I will drive the bronco

I'd love to go, but I'll likely be starting my Ranger season April. That said I could likely talk them into a late start, so I'm a possible and would drive.

We have rented a large house right in Townsend and still have some room.

If you want to stay with us it will make the price lower for everyone.

Space is somewhat limited and we have to confirm any additional attendees with the owner so please let me know if you want to firm up as soon as you can.

Also, we are planning to host a bbq & beers event one night if that is of interest.

Who is trailering and who is driving?

What's the planned route?

Just curious as it might be possible to reach out for support from others in the event of breakdowns and such.

I think we are all planning to drive.

Three of the rigs will be equipped with C4 so the overdrive crowd will take up the rear so others can set the pace.

With this in mind we might want to take a more back hiway route where we aren't on I70 blocking traffic or feeling the pressure to maintain freeway speeds.

Any and all suggestions welcome.

What do you think your cruising speed will be, 65 mph?

I'm still on the fence, but would like to go. I was also curious about cruising speed, but with C4s in the crowd I can't imagine us doing 75-80 the whole time.

I think the fastest route would be Kansas City to St Louis to Nashville to Knoxville. I am feeling my musical roots and would like to stop in Nahville on the way there and then go through Muscle Shoals, AL and then Memphis, TN on the way home.

I think the C4's will be fine. I cruised to Moab last year at 75-80 MPH with no issues.

What day is the convoy rolling out? Returning?

The earliest I could leave would be Monday morning, arriving Tuesday night in Townsend. Leaving Townsend on Sunday would be okay.

If there is anyone that can't leave Saturday the 9th, but would be interested in going, let me know. Maybe we can form a 2nd convoy out.

I have been avoiding this thread because I really want to take Stubby out but sadly, its not an option. Most of my vacations this year are going to be tied up getting my dad moved out of California and out here to Colorado. As it turns out, he has a lot of crap and at 80 he won't be doing much of the heavy lifting.

Those of us left behind will be expecting photo updates from the road.

I took the week off work and the following Monday, so count me in. I won't be showing up until Tuesday night in Townsend, but I'll be there through Saturday.

I need to make a new tire carrier, upgrade the wipers, add some sway bars etc. Better get to work.
