I'll start searching, but I figured someone here might know.

I need the easiest way to make up lines from a Saginaw p/s pump, to a Mustang GT h-boost unit, & 4x4x2 box (also which port is pressure side & which is return side). Need fitting sizes & suggested methods, kits, etc. I don't know if I can have this stuff made here locally.

Also where does a p/s cooler fit in the mix? Diagram?

Follow up question, I've never worked with -an hose. Can Russell hose be used with Aeroquip fittings? Or are things proprietary?

Best way to cut the stainless braided hose? Sharp metal chisel?

Here is a pretty good list of stuff needed for the Mustang and maybe the Super Duty h-boost. Specifically, the special adapters Hydratech (PN HBS9106) sells.

For hose and fittings check out http://www.anfittingsdirect.com Im running their ptfe stainless lines and fittings in my can and have yet to have an issue. Also a lot cheaper price wise. Im getting ready to place my order for some -6 and fittings for my HB and fuel system.

Also a local Colorado company.

Any advice regarding the special vice insert that holds the fittings? Will hard plastic or wood work to do a few?

if you go ptfe you dont need a vice to assemble them. They use a compression style fitting.

So I have the 2 steering boxes disassembled. What should I do while its open? I have the seal kit.

4x4 sector shaft is good, no scoring.

Fluid from the 4x2 box was grungy.
