Bronco Art
Guys, I reached out to Adam Ambro about some art that he produces using classic Broncos. He agreed to give club members a 25% discount on his entire site and create a special CCB edition of his print "Bronco No. 1." He also graciously offered to donate one of the larger prints as a fundraising gift that we could auction off or raffle at some point. Take a look at his gallery, there are some old Ford trucks included in his other offerings. http://www.adamambro.com/shopThe CCB edition is here: http://www.adamambro.com/shop/12x18-col ... laborationTim

Re: Bronco Art
I tried to email that guy twice and neither time got a response. I believe on his website he said commissions welcome but I have yet to hear anything back from him?

Re: Bronco Art
I had an issue with his site as well. I found another contact for him and let him know about the website issue.

Re: Bronco Art
Thank you Tim. Adam did get back to me this morning.
I had asked him if I could send him a few pictures of my Bronco and I told him that I liked the 3/4 look of the "scout" that he did and I said he could use his discretion with the angle, and background and he could keep all of the rights to them for later sales. Then asked what kind of a deal we were talking about, and this is the response...
My pieces all start as 20x30 originals. Westfalia, Jeep No.1 and Bronco No.1 are each currently available for $1400 framed. I would be able to do a custom 20x30 piece for $1000, keeping all rights for future prints.
I've tried to do some smaller pieces (such as Scout No.1 and FJ60) - the required detail does not translate well at that size. I also need a bit of creative license in terms of the view. People have asked for "posed" pieces (either 3/4 or side views with a specific background). The results have been mixed. The true style of my work is best represented by the automotive "portrait". Let me know if you have any questions.
Cheers, Adam
Thanks again Tim for passing this along to us.
