Tcase pops in neutral.
On my drive to elk camp and each down hill section on the highway as I'm coasting the tcase pops into neutral. Never had this issue until now. What causes this?

Re: Tcase pops in neutral.
You may have weak or worn detent springs & balls.

Re: Tcase pops in neutral.
Lots of potential causes in addition to weak springs; shifter contacting floor, loose or worn shift forks, worn input gear, excessive output shaft end play, bent or imbalanced driveshaft.

Bet it is driveline vibration. Never had this issue or driveline vibration until the 4r70w swap.

Re: Tcase pops in neutral.
The one that was on it. It is not a driveshaft vibration. Reving in neutral or park above 2k rpm I get a vibration from either engine or trans.
