What headers with 302/ZF5
The shorty headers that where on my 302/C4 combo are no longer going to work with the ZF5. Anyone that has done swap this before what headers are you using? Looking for something that will hopefully be compatible when I throw the 351 in next winter.

Re: What headers with 302/ZF5
I've test fit my BC Bronco shorties with my 302 & ZF. They clear the starter bump out on the back of the ZF, just barely. Don't know about with a 351.

Re: What headers with 302/ZF5
I have the Wildhorses' shorties They clear the ZF5 when mounted to the 351W, no problem. I did have to modify the inner fender slightly to prevent rubbing. Here's a shot of the crossover pipe. If you look carefully, you can see the headers clear the starter hump by quite a bit.

Re: What headers with 302/ZF5
Might have to check out the Wild Horses shortys. Inner fenders won't be a problem since I have none.

Re: What headers with 302/ZF5
Are those headers the ones they list for 289/302?

Re: What headers with 302/ZF5
The Bronco Hut headers are made by Sanderson and fit very well on a 351 so should be no issue for the 302. Like the others, the disclaimer is the inner fender in the passenger side.

I believe mine to be stock fox body stang shorties.

Re: What headers with 302/ZF5
The Sandersons from Bronco hut fit around the ZF-5, one more obstacle eliminated.
