Fuel pressure regulator
I am changing back to the Edelbrock carb. This time with a fuel pressure regulator. Found that Edelbrock carbs do not like high fuel pressure. Those that are running regulators where did you mount it. I have the Holley adjustable with gage port. I am using a drop base air cleaner so mounting off the carb base will not realy work. I thought about mounting to a inner fender or fire wall but a bit worried about the longer fuel lines.

Re: Fuel pressure regulator
I ran one for years mounted on the front of the intake manifold, near the t-stat housing. Mine was a Mallory with a return line to the tanks.

Re: Fuel pressure regulator
3 psi is a good wheeling pressure just a bit to low for the road. Mount it as close as you can to carb to minimize vapor lock.
