Re: Radiator shop recommendation
I took mine to Intermountain Radiator to do the same and then switch the inlets/outlets for the explorer front dress swap. I don’t remember the cost but it was very fair. You may ask them if they do that on site or if they recommend a place that does it. Only problem is it’s North Denver. But you can drop it off and go grab a beer with me!!

Re: Radiator shop recommendation
Not pertinent to your exact question but I saw some fancy new-ish radiator parts on steamboat craigslist https://rockies.craigslist.org/pts/6414254727.html

Re: Radiator shop recommendation
That’s insane. May as well buy a new Champion at that point. Mine was less than $100 for them to test and solder the holes to the opposite sides...
Just let me know when- I’m working from home a majority of the next couple of weeks.

Re: Radiator shop recommendation
I think I paid $40 to have mine cleaned and pressure tested on my 76.

Re: Radiator shop recommendation
I have been running the stock brass one in my 76 since i had to tested about 4-5 years ago and will replace it here soon. Never had any issues with it but I flushed it out over the summer, there was allot of scale in it. I guess it is 41 years old...
