Well it’s finally starting. After several months of Denver permitting ineptitude the old garage is coming down. I will post up as we go but here is the original.

I am reusing the outside brick on the new garage and also saved the window which will either be an art project or donate to building rehab.

excited to see how it turns out. I also have a super old, brick, detached garage here in Denver. Someday hoping to have the money to take it down and rebuild as a nice 2-car.

So what's the ultimate plan for the man-cave?
