Looking for a referral: wiring work
I'm looking for a mechanic who is honest and reasonably priced who can fix some wiring issues I'm having: turn signals don't work, brake lights only work on occasion. I just am not wired (pun intended) for that kind of work myself. Any referrals are appreciated. I'm in Centennial (near Aurora). Thanks!

Sounds like a simple turn signal switch replacement.

You’re just up the street from me, so I can lend a hand with troubleshooting. I’ve fixed my share of turn signal / brake light problems. My schedule is super tight but I can usually spare an hour or two Thursday afternoons. Just let me know.

Re: Looking for a referral: wiring work
So I'm just going for it, replaced the turn signal switch. Here are my results: brakes worked for a second. But now they don't. Hazard lights now work for the first time ever. Front and back! Turn signals do not. Horn no longer works.
And I get this when the battery is connected. See attachment. So frustrating. Any thoughts?
Still looking for a referral. I hate working on electronics

Have you changed the flashers? Also check out the brake switch.
