 Dana 60 ARBI picked this Dana 60 ARB up in a parts lot and have no current use for it. Looking for opinions as to if it would be okay to run it or not with the damage. Thanks

Re: Dana 60 ARB It's hard to tell from photos, but in all likelyhood it would okay. The risk is a crack propagating from that damaged area or internal damage you can't see.

Re: Dana 60 ARB I'm with digger. Not knowing how thick that section is makes it difficult to determine. I wonder if someone could TIG that hole in without distorting the case?

Re: Dana 60 ARB I'd be inclined to disassemble and check for internal damage. If the guts are good I suspect you could get a new housing.
