Brake Booster too good for it’s home!
Used... Just the very end of the brake booster is hitting on the inner fender well. It’s keeping the brake booster bracket from being snug to the firewall by about a quarter of an inch on the bottom.
Issue? Non-Issue?
Should I just break out the hammer and create enough room on the corner of the inner fender well?

I’d probably just throw a couple of washers between the bracket and firewall to clock it away from the fender well before I try the hammer.

The fender skirt in later model have a slight relief for the booster. Just gently give it a small relief I used a large round of aluminum and a rubber mallet.

Smack the fender well to make room for it. It’ll cover the dent and you’ll never see it. If you want to space it out with washers, make sure it’ll clear the hood. I had to space mine down toward the fender (dented) to clear my fiberglass hood. Nobody but me knows there’s a hulk dent below the booster. Shhhhhh, don’t tell...

I think I’m going to gently Smashsage the corner of the inner fender, like a 1/2”!
