BendPak 4 post lift

Postby ScottBarnes » Fri Jun 14, 2019 10:32 am

OK — bought this about 18 months ago, and I’m just not using it like I thought I would, so I want to free up room in the shop. Here are the specifics;

https://www.bendpak.com/car-lifts/four- ... ts/hd-9xl/

- BendPak HD 9XL 4 post lift
- Aluminum ramps, in addition to the steel ramps that come with it
- Drip Pans
- Bendpak 4,500 lb Rolling Bridge Jack (this is about a $1,200 upgrade that allows you to raise the wheels off the lift)
- Caster kit (so you can roll it around and don’t have to mount it permanently)
- I’ll include a super long power extension cord that was custom made for me

If you have ceiling height, you can stack 2 cars in the footprint.

I’ve got about $5700 in it, including taxes. I’ll let it go for $2,500. It’s pretty much like new. You will need to move it yourself. I can give you the name of a local company who will pick it up, move it, and set it back up for you. Probably around $500 for that service.

I’m posting here for a week or so before I put it on Craigslist.

Oh man is right. If I wasn't 16 hours away I'd be all over it.

Does that $500 service include raising my garage?! That’s a heck of a deal for someone who can use it!

How much ceiling height does it require?

It really depends on the height of your vehicle and how high you want to raise it. If your vehicle is 6 ft tall and you want to raise it another 6 ft on the lift, then you’ll need 12’+ of ceiling height. Shorter car (like my sons El Camino) and lower lift height wouldn’t take as much ceiling height. Make sense?
